How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Australia Post: 2-4 Business Days 

Express Australia Post: 1-2 Business Days

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard Australia Post delivery with all orders across Queensland.

If you would like your order sent express, we charge a $9.90 flat fee

How can I track my order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation via the email you placed your order with. Here you will find a link that takes you to our tracking page that displays live updates to your order's shipping status.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to cancel your order. However, once an order is lodged with our courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Is everything gluten free?

Yes! The entire Elly's range is 100% gluten-free.

All of our products are also palm oil free, all natural, 100% Australian Ingredients and handmade in Queensland.
